Lovely panoramic views can be seen from any part of the house that is built amongst pine trees in the mountains with a picturesque landscape garden. |

The terrace(200m), has a swimming pool with roman steps(4m x 9.5m and 1m - 1.9m deep), there is a covered barbecue, a large play area for the children, and a games area with billiard and ping-pong tables. The house has a pleaseant living room with TV/SAT/DVD(with films). AIR CONDITIONING (optional), INTERNET (with a charge). There is a large "rustic" dining room decorated with antiques and a typical ibicencan oven. A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher.etc. There are 3 large, comfortable bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, and the others with two single beds in each. And 2 complete bathrooms. |

| Cleaning service: every 3 days there is a full clean (except the kitchen) and a change of towels. The sheets are changed once a week.
