This magnificent detached Ibizan style villa stands majestically in over 25000 m² of land. It is situated 2km from the lovely quiet village of San Carlos. Its 7km from the quaint
town of Santa Eulalia, 20km from the main city of Ibiza and 26km from the airport.
The nearby beaches are Es Cana 6km away, Es Figueral, and the famous nudist beach
of Aguas Blancas 5km away.

The villa is one of the oldest in San Carlos. It dates back to the 16th century. It was originally used for agriculture and breeding livestock. The owners reformed the house in
the year 2001 in order for it to be used as a vacational tourist property. However, its
old charm and tradition of the yesteryears has still remained and been combined with the luxury of today.

The villa has two main entrances. The first leads directly into the lounge. It has satellite TV, DVD player, a Hi-Fi system and air-conditioning. Leading from the lounge you will come to the dining-kitchen with a large table for 6/8 which is adjacent to the full modern kitchen including fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery and full marble worktops.

A rear door leads out to the garden and a purpose built laundry/store room, fully equipped with a washer and tumble dryer also ironing facilities.

Leading off the lounge through a spacious passage there are 3 ground floor double
bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the third with twin beds. All the bedrooms are delightfully furnished with matching quality wardrobes and chest of drawers.
One ground floor bedroom includes a TV.

From the connecting passageway is the second entrance to the villa, which has been
designed for wheelchair access, with wider doorways. This area leads to a designer bathroom more suitable for the disabled, which includes a wet room area.

Also on the ground floor is the main family deluxe bathroom (4 piece), which includes
hydro massage spa bath to ease all those aches and pains you brought with you.

Moving back to the hub of the house "the lounge", there is an open staircase, which leads up to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms and a separate full bathroom. One of these bedrooms enjoys a Juliet balcony, double bed and TV, wardrobes and drawers etc.

Leading off the landing are doors to a roof top sun terrace with amazing views of the countryside. The other bedroom includes a double bed and has doors which open out onto its own private sun roof terrace, again with spectacular views.

The whole villa benefits from having ceramic floor tiles, original wood beam ceiling and air-conditioning throughout, also if you stayed in the winter, oil fired central heating.

The driveway is lined with mature palm trees which are illuminated at night along with the outdoor swimming pool. The pool is divided with stepping stones to create a shallow area for young children. The pool size is 9 x 4.5m and the depth is 1-1.5m.

A separate children's play area including a wendy house and swing etc. are also in the grounds, in a convenient place for parents to keep an eye on their children. To one side of the villa is a well equipped BBQ area and after you have eaten, relax on one of the many luxury sun beds surrounding the pool. During the day there are several outside seating areas where you can dine and enjoy the Ibiza sun, or an evening meal and watch the sunset.

In total the villa covers 300m of living accommodation. It also has ample secure car parking.

This is a unique property carefully restored and designed to accommodate all lifestyles and requirements. The furniture, fixtures and fittings are all of a very high quality. Change over is a Saturday, linen and cleaning services including the swimming pool is three times a week.
