| Can Sam is an ancient, peaceful Ibizan house ( 280m of living area ) situated in the heart of the island, amongst woods and fruit trees with 25.000m of land, located on the outskirts of San Rafael, the house dates back to the year 1823. Can Sam is situated 3.5km from the town of San Rafael, 10km from the town of San Antonio and the same distance from the cosmopolitan city of Ibiza, and 15km from the airport. |

In the year 2000 the owner restaured Can Sam maintaining its Ibizan arquitecture; the wooden ceiling beams, staircases, doors, windows, gross walls etc. and improving its interior with modern materials but without losing the essence of the Ibizan country houses. The house has two floors and is suitable to sleep up to six people. On the first floor ( 50m ) is the A “suite” with a large main bedroom, an ample salon with TV/SAT/DVD, a music system, air-conditioning, a luxurious bathroom with hydro-massage and a terrace with lovely views of the countryside. |

Also on this floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a complete shared bathroom. | The outside of the house is surrounded by pleasant terraces with well looked after pretty gardens illuminated at night to add to the warmth and the magic of the the Ibizan summer nights. A cleaning service is given: every three days there is a general clean ( except the kitchen ) and a change of towels, the sheets are changed once a week. |
