"Can Juan den Selleras" is a typical Ibicencan house (200m) recently reformed. It is surrounded by woods, vinyards and orchards, with views of the valley and beautiful
village of San Miguel.

This lovely house is situated in the north- east of the island, 1km from the village, 18km from the town of Ibiza, 25km from the airport, 4km from the beach of San Miguel and
5km from the beach of Benirras.

. The kitchen is spacious with a "country" feel to it. It has a dining area and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances - oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc.
"Can Selleras" is completely fensed off, securing your privacy. You enter through the porch at the front of the house, and you will find yourself in the hallway which leads to a large living/dining room - decorated with modern furniture , and large windows giving you a view of the countryside. With TV/SAT DVD, airconditoning and a safety deposite box

The house has 4 bedrooms, one of which has
2 single beds (especially decorated for children) - with a terrace. The other 3 bedrooms each have double beds,
one of them has a private bathroom with views of the mountains. The other bedrooms have views of the swimming pool. There is a another bathroom complete with a bath.

 

The sun terrace 250m, has a spectacular swimming pool -illuminated at night giving
out a romantic setting!. The pool is 11m long and 6m - 4m wide, its depth is 0.8 - 2m.
Away from the pool is a childrens park/play area. There are two other terraces one to the side of the barbecue and the other at
the back of the house - with access to the

Cleaning service: Every 3 days there is a full clean (except the kitchen) and a change of towels. The sheets are changed once a week.

Preces week for 6 person .If you wish to make a reservation please forward a 20% deposit by cheque or bank tranfer, leaving the balance duw 1 month before departure.
