CAN SUNYER is a typical Ibizan house built in the year 1870 and reformed in1998. It is situated towards the end of San Jose close to the hills and near to the airport with splendid views of the beach of Las Salinas and the mountains. The house conserves all the ´ flavour ´ of the ancient Ibizan architecture both inside and out decorated with dated furniture and old Ibizan ornaments and objects. |

Can Sunyer is in a lovely area to spend your holidays, near to the glamorous beaches of Es Cavallet, Las Salinas ( 9 min´s ) and the cosmopolitan city of Ibiza where you will find exquisite and luxurious restaurants, shops, bars and clubs ( 10 min´s ). The house is ideal for all types of holidays, from quiet family or groups of friends as you can either relax around the tranquil gardens of the house enjoying the country air or nearby you can escape to the city and take in the atmosphere that Ibiza is famous for - there is something for all. |

A comfortable porch leads you to the entrance of the house (of one floor ,100m). You arrive directly into an ample living - dining area with TV/SAT/DVD, music system which can be heard all around the house, a spacious fully equipped kitchen – washing machine, fridge, microwave oven. A full communal bathroom and three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with single beds. The grounds to the house are very large with lovely gardens and surrounded by fruit trees, a swimming pool with a large lawn solarium where children can play and a barbecue for the warm Ibizan nights. |

Cleaning service: Every 3 days there is a full clean (except the kitchen) and a change of towels. The sheets are changed once a week. THE HOUSE IS JUST WHAT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR!!!!! |
